General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

There can be various issues associated with the passage of bowel movements with eating pattern such as:
- Lactose intolerance
- Crohn's disease or inflammatory bowel disease
- Malabsorption disorder
- Diet pattern related
- GI flora upset
- Dysmotility disorders
- Others

An evaluation with your family doc with necessary lab tests of blood, stool microscopy will help you to find out the root cause and manage accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
