My Sister is 44 years old. She had an EKG and they said her heart rate was slow (50). She has been nauseated and throwing up for a week, no energy, sharp pains in back of head and jaw, blood was in her throw up once, chest is sore, burping a lot, bowels different, what could this be

Hi,

Low heart rate (Bradycardia ) is a medical emergency it may cause the loss of consciousness.

It this is too low less than 40 to 30 or even less than, heart rate of 50 may not show any symptoms.

And if this is what the symptoms stated here are there then it could, be due to something else and not due to low heart rate.
