What Causes Brain Fog And Nasal Blockage?

Hi,
I have a nasal blockage problem. My nose blocks one site of the nose and shifts to the other side after sometime and repeat the same again and again. I won't notice it unless i put my finger near my nose and feel if there is air coming out of my nose. I don't feel cold or fever. Only thing it does is causing brain fog (pressure) which lasts for certain time. Is this actually a sinus problem or other problem because I don't have any fever ?
Thanks.

Hi
With your query, usually nasal blockade happens in sinusitis problem due to excessive nasal secretions leading to enlargement of nasal mucous menbarane ultimately resulting in nasal block.Best remedy fir this is steam inhalation and if you are working you can also use otrivin adult nasal drops which works immediately also check with your ENT specialist fir any nasal enlargements or polyps.Hope this is helpful
