What Causes Brain Lesions, Neck Disc Bulging And Muscle Pain?

Good morning I've been suffering with several unexplained health issues for over three years. My doctors have been testing blood, Mir of brain showed several lesions but not in "ms spots", mri of neck just showed a few bulging disc, I've been through the ringer. I hurt all over some days. Pain in muscles feeling like I constantly need to stretch them. I have lost 90% of my muscle in left arm and doc says I will never get that back. Says it is "nerve palsy" but I've never injured my shoulder. Now I have a painful lump by my right collarbone and pain radiates to right armpit. Please help I'm so tired of going through this with the answers of "we're not to sure what's going on with you".
