What Causes Brain Pressure With Pain And Discomfort?

Hi, I have been feeling to what I could best describe a pressure type of pain? like a strain on upper right side of my brain. I don't get dizzy and I didn't injure my head and have a healthy history.. what could this be? I don't get headaches, I did during teenage years but that was around sinus area.. The current discomfort is not so much of a pain.. its just sharp and pressure.. if thats the best way to describe..
