What Causes Brain Pulsing, Dizziness, Tiredness And Anxiety?

I have been feeling dizzy, tired, feel like my brain is pulsing against my skull (often), I have a lot of anxiety, and I am not sleeping well. Today I felt like I couldn't write or talk without doing it backwards. I have a history of hypoglycemia and my mother has heart failure. I was just trying to get advice on what I should try to do.
