Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of break out of sores throughout the body which seems to be due to allergic reaction, hair follicle infection by bacteria leading to folliculitis, contact dermatitis and due to clogging of skin pores by sebum and bacteria. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to immediately consult dermatologist or doctor for proper evaluation of the condition and treatment .Doctor may perform skin test and give adrenaline injection. For now take over the counter antihistamine drug like benadryl , give cold compresses to affected area several times and apply cream containing steroids. Drink plenty of fluids and take diet rich in multivitamins.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
