What Causes Breast Heaviness And Abdominal Pain Despite Taking Postinor2?

Hi,i had unprotected sex 10 days after my periods..but i took postinor2 in the morning..i did a home pregnancy test yesterday but the results are negative..did the test 12 days after the act.my breasts are heavy and i have some abdominal pains..could i be pregnant?

Understand your concern
Chance of pregnancy is less than five percent if you had taken postinor 2 with in 24 hour of unprotected sexual intercourse. Sometime UPT give false negative result so need to be confirmed by blood HCG or by USG.
If pregnancy is not there it may be due to ovulation/ovarian dysfunction, hormonal imbalance.
During ovulation change in hormone produce abdominal pain and breast heaviness. It will remain for 2-3 days. If problem persists consult the gynecologist and get the following investigation done: full hormonal profile, ovarian follicle study and take proper treatment after diagnosis
Advice: sleep of 8 hour, tablet ibuprufen, avoid caffeine and alcohol, relaxation and stretching exercise, gentle massage and cold application to breast.
