What Causes Breast Pain After Breast Lift Surgery?

I had a breat lift a year ago now I am having pain, like a needle poking me, where they were dissolable sutures. I had to have some sutures removed because they would not dissolved so they were cut at the outer surface of my breast. Is it possible it could be a suture that has not dissolved?
