What Causes Breast Pain?

I am suffering with duct ectasia in both the breasts for the last few months, blood discharge is also found by the left breast nipple, whcih is recently diagnosed after test of the discharged bolld and memogram and ultrasound by a surgeon. I am feeling pain in both the breasts. What do you suggest in above circumstances?

First thing that is required for this condition is ultrasound examination of both breast to rule out organic causes.
