What Causes Breast Sensitivity, Knee Pain And Headache?

Hi, I was diagnosed with anemia (low Ferritin) and started tacking Iron however I am experiencing sudden headaches, breast sensitivity, Knee pain, rapid heart beat and a lot of weakness. I ended up at the emergency room (I have a history of pulmonary embolism) everything was ok but the doctor found elevated levels of D Dimer. I am waiting to see my doctor for a follow up in the mean time i would appreciate any of your opinion.

The symptoms you are descibing are of anemia.
Take iron supplements.
However cardiac evaluation is a must by doing ECG , ECHO.
Also take multivitamin supplements.
