What Causes Breast Soreness And Spotting Before Beginning Of Periods?

My breast are normally sore a few weeks before my period, this time they have had only a few days between last period that were not that sore. My last period was between may 18-23 and was pretty normal, I am supposed to start any day starting like tomorrow. Today i had a light pink when i wiped. I was wondering if all of this is just my period and hormones or if I could be pregnant.
