I am not sure if I am pregnant. I am receiving my periods regularly after getting off depo. I only had one shot. Recently I have been on some antibiotics but again.. My breast are so sore, dizziness n I m tired all the time. The only time my breast are sore is when I m about to have a period. My last period was the last week in may.. Should I be concerned.

Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that your symptoms seem to be related to a hormonal imbalance or premenstrual syndrome.

As you refer you have had normal cycles after the depo shot, and these symptoms are not caused by this injection. Its effect has stopped a long time ago.

A possible pregnancy can not be excluded, only with the data provided, because you should miss your next periods, in order to raise the suspicion of a possible pregnancy.

I recommend you to wait for your next periods (which may be these days). If you have any delay, I recommend performing a pregnancy test and an ultrasound.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings! Dr. Iliri
