What Causes Breast Tenderness And Leakage Post Plan-B Intake?

Hello. I took the plan b one step pill on sunday, march 13. It is now wednesday, march 16 and i am experiencing slight breast leakage and very tender breasts. I have taken the pill before, and these symptoms never seemed to occur. Is it possible i am pregnant and experiencing symptoms already? Or is it common for breasts to leak?

I really appreciate your concern, it must be some hormone changes and the most probable cause of this could be hormone medicine and it may not be pregnancy, if it is the amenorrhea then it is advisable to get done the ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
