What Causes Breast Tenderness Prior To Periods Every Month?

i have been trying to get pregnant for seven years. my breasts tend to be heavy and painful every month, ten days to my menstruation and returns to normal once the period comes out. Does it mean i miscarry every month or is it normal.Thanks.Betty.
