What Causes Breathing Attacks In Case Of PE?
Hi, over a year agop I had two PEs and am on Warfarin for life. For the past few months I've worked in a perfume department and had two breathing attacks the other day while at work. Do you think it is a bad idea to work in perfume for someone like me who has damaged lungs from my PEs?

Strong perfume smells can cause irritation and inflammation in lungs in susceptible individuals.
Since you had pulmonary embolism with damaged lungs, you should avoid all inhaled substances like dust, chemical fumes, strong perfumes, pollens etc which can further damage lungs.
So better to change your job to prevent future breathing attacks.
