What Causes Breathing Difficulties After Drinking Alcohol?

Hello...I m noticing that I am having difficulty breathing when I m drinking alcohol...at first I thought it was because I was just finished eating and then drank or that my bra was too tight. But I m not wearing a bra and it s been a couple hours since I ate. My nose is also stopped up. I m not nauseous but feel like there s an elephant sitting on me. Can you help me figure out what it could be?

dear friend
alcohol can be had as a drink in many forms from wine to whisky to vodka.
the congeners which make every alcohol different may have some effects and may cause allergy,
drinking proof alcohol would not normally cause such effect that you are describing, can you be a bit more specific in your question regarding the alcohol you been having
