What Causes Breathing Difficulty After Chest Trauma?

My ex punched me in the middle of the chest, just between my breasts. When I push on it it hurts and whenever I move my upper body it hurts. It is not bruised but when it happened I had difficulty breathing and I still have a sharp pain after a night of sleep. Do I need to consult?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of in injury (Blow) on the chest then x-ray study is must it is just to rule out the fracture of rib till then you can try Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg as per needed hope this information helps.
