What Causes Breathing Difficulty After Receiving Levipil Injection?

My child is about 20 day old and morning he got seizure , doctors geve him Levipil 100 mg injection 3 ml one dose and now he is having breathing problem and he has not opening the eye since the medicine has given kindly tell me is it due to medicine if it is how long will be it s effect

I evaluated your concern in depth .
@ Major information needed here is weight of the child - not mentioned here
which is required to calculate whether dose was exceeding or not ?
@ Anyway in absence of that I will recommend that
- sleepiness is acceptable after Levipil for sometime ( around 4-6 hours )
obviously
- but breathing problem is not normal ( must contact doctor on duty ) , has
to be evaluated by the pediatrician
