What Causes Breathing Difficulty Along With Backache?

Hi I have been troubling breathing for a month the now. It makes, me, dizzy trying to get that, breathe or if I bend, down or look up. I get pneumonia ALOT! I HAD A EKG DONE TODAY AND IT, READ... HR. 102Bp Pr 170ms Qrs, 72 Prt axes 61. 74. 62 And, it, says, NSR POSSIABLE Left atrial enlagment borderline ECG... On, the ekg my v1-V4 ...Avl-V5.....and, V3-V6 tall their p waves are, upside, down., My xray says no acute cardiopulmonary finding... I explained, to them, my pulse use, to ALWAYS, be in the, 60s, now it always, between, 100-140. And, when, I, breathe, in my back, hurts., please, tell, me, what, I, should, do? I, feel, why go anyace they are going tl stabilize, me, and send, me, on y way. Please, tell, me, what u think? Thank you

Hi,

As per my clinical experience, I suspect minor alterations in EKG parameters with exacerbation via stress and anxiety.

In our clinic, I recommend patient to remain stay for a period of 4 - 6 hours giving supportive care, re evaluating the EKG once the anxiety is settled.
