I have daughter who has severe allergies and asthma. She is currently in the hospital with elevated lactate acid. The Dr. s can t find the root of the problems. She has major skin eruptions where she is put on prednisone for long periods of time but as soon she stops taking it the problems all come back. This has been getting worse for a year now with no answers. She can barely walk, troubles breathing, high blood pressure, etc. Could this be myositis or maybe polymyosisits?
