What Causes Breathing Difficulty Along With Insomnia And Dizziness?
my echo reports result came and it shows mild bucking of AML... is it a problem??? i have breathing difficulties, high BP, sleeping disorders like waking up in the mid of nights, sobbing, dizziness, tired and weakness too... and i guess i am too young to have these problems cox i am in 20 s now..can u explain why is this happening? what are the precautions to take to get rid from this?
Insomnia may be difficult to treat, but there are some methods which can be used.
Treatment options include behavior and lifestyle changes, medicines, and complementary medicines. You need to change your dietary habits and these include changing your sleep area or schedule, watching what and when you eat and drink, and being more active. It's also important to keep regular bedtimes and wake times-7 days a week and to try to avoid taking naps during the day.
Prescription sleep medicines may also help and include diazepam and similar medications. Melatonin is a supplement which may be of help as well. In severe cases, special testing is needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
