What Causes Breathing Difficulty Along With Pain In The Hands And Legs?

Dear Sir, My daughter is 8 years old. Since last week she is experiencing breathing problems. I can say.. suddenly she gasps for breathe. After two to three minutes, when she settles, I asked her what was her experience. She says: 1. She experiences leg pains or hand pains at that moment 2. She gets dull and weak after that experience for a minute or two We have taken our daughter to a Paed. He says nothing wrong with her except some kind of Fear elements in her thought process. I know about my daughter, she is timid, yet I feel she understands very well how to be brave in situations. In a day atleast twice or thrice she experiences this breathing difficulty or I can say sudden erupt of breathing problem like gasping for air. Kindly let us know what the problem it is and I request you to recommend any test that is essential at this moment.
