What Causes Breathing Difficulty Along With Swelling In The Abdomen?
My daughter is complaining that she cannot breathe in deeply. It hurts her to laugh or breathe she says. She has no fever and has not been vomiting. The stomach area is swollen right below her ribs. It looks like her abs are swollen. She has not done anything strenuous or fallen or been hit. She is not constipated. She is 17 years old.

consult pulmunologist for clinical examination of lung fields and advise further investigation if feel requered. ultrasound stomach to exclude calculi gall bladder.with these investigation diagnosis can be confirmed
