Difficulty in breathing and burning feelings in left arm can be:
due to ischemic heart disease or angina pectoris. In this disease pain in the chest or effects can transmit to shoulder, arm and finger tips of the left side.
Though cervical spondylitis from neck can also present same symptoms but difficulty in breathing points to heart disorder. I advise you a visit to cardiologist as soon as possible so that it can be managed properly and you can enjoy your healthy life.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
