What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Dizziness After Exposure To Paint Fumes?
Hi A painted small area in the bathroom with water proof paint, after that had bath went to work on the way while driving I noticed my breathe out was like letting a smoke out - foggy then I smelled something, I immediately lowered window started to breathe and let it out through mouth. Even through I noticed foggy breath. after some time I was normally breathing checked my pulse rate and throught out at work I never had dizziness, nausea or any other thing - but was worried. Any suggestions please - age 54 female

It seems to me that you have smoked alot of the paint fumes and it caused this shortness of breath,,so you may take vental inhalers to assist you until all this fumes go away from your lung
