What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Fatigue?
My husband has been having a feeling of not being able to get a full breath. His bp is irregular and often higher on his right arm than his left arm. His pulse is usually over 80 even at rest. He has very low energy and is often tired throughout the day but he does not rest well at night.
