What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Heart Palpitations?
I m PARESH Here, age 35 male, I m having breathing problem ( shortness) while walking and talking on phone , just examined by my cardiologist and got ECG , he told nothing is worry to about but my heart rate is high since last three months and I feel very tiredness in my daily activity. I have done blood test including thyroid kidney and cholesterol but all are normal just cholesterol is little high and my weight is 81 kg. Please tell me how to get rid of this situation do i I need any further test please advise me

Your ECG, thyroid tests and other blood tests, bp reading etc seems to be normal. your doctor also might have told you that. In this case, the heart rate elevation has to be due to your anxiety and stress. Can you see "sinus tachycardia" anywhere in your ECG? Please let me know.
