What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Pain In The Lower Back?

Hi I feel like something is really wrong with me I have been unwell for a while now and for over a week I have had severe lower back pain, and trouble breathing - I feel like I have to yawn all the time but it never eventuates, I noticed today the veins on my fingers are a lot more noticeable. I went and saw my GP and he just put me on anti inflammaterys on top of the usual coarse of panadeine forte I am taking, he didn t do any tests or anything and im really concerened thanks
