What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Pain In The Ribs?

Ok when I bend over I can hardly breath it s like my air gets cut off and I also have where it feels like my insides are getting stuck in my ribs and it is very painful I have to stand right back up and I feel a bulge and I massage it until it goes down and then the pain stops
