What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Spasms In The Lungs?
I have been having breathing problems associated with coughing and airway spasms. This seems to flare up and then settle down. I was hospitalized for a few days with a virus of diarrhea and vomiting and it flared up. I take Vistaril every four hours and it seems to calm it down. It wears me down and I have no energy. Isn t there a solution to rid this breathing issue?

It is important to get a checkup if breathing problem is new in onset and is regularly affecting your life, this needs a pulmonologist checkup and xray blood works and examination will let the doctor reach a proper diagnosis. only then it can be treated, try saline inhalation and taking antihistamine like citerizine 10mg daily at night.
I hope this answered your question, If you have more queries I am happy to answer you. Regards.
