What Causes Breathing Difficulty And Vomiting?

hi, i am 27 years old and i have difficulties breathing, also i keep feeling like i am about to vomit even tho i do not. It has been going on for over a year now and my doctor keeps telling me it is anxiety although i think there is something else going on.

It is very difficult to predict any diagnosis on the basis of breathing difficulty & desire of vomiting ( nausea ) .
These two symptoms may be due to two different diseases or due to a common disease .
Your doctor diagnose it as an anxiety , he may be right .
However it may be due to some bronchoconstriction , causes breathing problem and this may also produces nausea or vomiting desire.
In my opinion I recommend you visit one more physician and get his opinion after complete history of illness.
