What Causes Breathing Difficulty Especially On Climbing Stairs?

Hello Doctor,
I suffer with breathing problems and if i take montek lc i get relief but if i stop again the problem starts especially when i climb stairs or walk upward slopes its very difficult. i m taking homeopathy treatment simultaneously but the the time of emergencies homeo doesnt work and i take montek tablets. I got the bronchial problem a year before but now its persisting and find difficulties more frequently i tried inhaler also made by cipla company. kindly give your valuable suggestion especially in finding out what kind of bronchial problem it is.

See I need to know ur age first n u r smoker or not?? Please visit nearest pulmonologist..n get done pulmonary function test to diagnose obstructive airway disease.n alone montek c will not help..u need bronchodilator treatment in the form of oral n inhaler medicines. U should also get done ECG Echo to rule out cardiac cause.thanks.
