What Causes Breathing Difficulty, Nausea, Fatigue And Pain In Lower Back?

HiI m having problems with my breathing, Gasping for air, Chronic fatigue, vomiting, nausea, overwhelming feeling, bad anxiety, horrible pain in lower back and all my muscles in back and neck, headaches, and my research lead to thyroid cancer, I don t have insurance right now so I am trying to figure it out at home.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have breathing difficulty, nausea, fatigue and pain in lower back. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like constipation , food poisoning , heat exhaustion , sinusitis , diabetes, type 2 or iron poisoning. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination and rule out food allergy or food intolerance . Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound , endoscopy or allergy test . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for sinusitis or ear problem or endocrinologist for diabetes .
