What Causes Breathing Difficulty, Numbness Throughout Back And Parts Of Head?

For about 3 months I have been experiencing numbness in my upper and lower back, chin, and parts of my head. I also have difficulty breathing and sometimes I feel as if there is an electric current running through my body. My legs feel weak and heavy and I have muscle twitching in several areas of my body on a daily basis. I get stabbing pains in my chest and stomach areas consistently. I have had x-rays on my spine and blood tests, all of which have come back normal. I have taken B-complex vitamins, D3 vitamin, and eat a balanced diet as my doctor suggested but the symptoms have not improve.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, fibromyalgia could be the likely condition and this is more or less functional kind of disease, so try to come out of this, control your thoughts, try some meditation, relaxation therapy, and yoga, (You have not mentioned your age and gender else something better could have been thought ) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
