What Causes Breathing Difficulty, Rapid Heart Rate, Blurred Vision And Dizziness?

I keep having reaccuring spells They consist of rapid heart rate. Accompanied with blurred vision, lightheaded or dizziness, tightening of the chest and the inability to breath. These spells only last a few seconds to a minute or two. But they seem to be happening more frequently. If they lasted longer I would probably rush to an emergency room, however, they past so quickly. I had one yesterday while I was driving and that scared me as everything blurred, (almost like a black out. Only for a second or two) When these spells take place I feel like I will pass out.
