What Causes Breathing Difficulty While On Diltiazem And Amiodarone?

I am having a lot of problems breathing, I have had three ablations...I am taking diltiazem 24 er 240 mg.. metoprolol 50 mg twice a day,..Amiodarone 200 mg. I am wondering if this mix of meds could be causing my breathing problems...mornings are worse sometime I feel like I will pass out. YYYY@YYYY

I can understand your concern.
You are taking 3 anti arrhythmia drugs and still your cardiac rhythm is not controlled.
This can cause heart failure and breathing difficulty.
So get done 2d echo and stress test.
You may need diuretics and other cardiac supportive drugs.
Another possibility for breathing difficulty is amiodarone induced pulmonary fibrosis.
If 2d echo is normal then get done HRCT thorax to rule out pulmonary fibrosis.
Of pulmonary fibrosis is there then you will need to stop amiodarone.
