Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I am Madhavan Bomidi from India. When I sleep, my partner tells me that I have a problem for breathing and he says he hears a continuous sound, which he feels that it is not snoring. I am not overweight and aged 35 years with 150 pounds weight. Can you please suggest me why and how should I treat this? The pillow and position of sleep are fine.
As you explain the situation first step is to lose weight and to see how it works with your sleep If the same you should do an examination called Polysomnography to exclude sleep please discuss with your doctor for the above
