General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, Thanks for the query. I understand your concern. Make him sleep in propped position / give him extra dose of medicines you have in case last dose was 6 hours back.after a cup of warm milk. He may sleep comfortably till morning. You have to take him to ER in case- you see movements of nostrils/deepening of supra sternum space with breathing. He is wheezing with strained breathing./ lips/ fingernails start getting bluish. In such case he needs urgent care. Thanks
