What Causes Breathing Difficulty?

Hi, this is sriram 24years of age . Freequently these days am having breething problem. At the time am not able to breath properly with nose and am taking breath through mouth. At that time I feel discomfort with my stomach as it expands. From the past two years am facing this issue. I get this problem mainly in winter nights.

I can understand your concern.
Breathing from mouth is known to cause aerophagia (air in the stomach due to oral breathing).
This is mostly due to blocked nose. You are having this problem only in winter months. So possibility of seasonal allergic rhinitis is more in your case.
So better to consult ENT doctor and get done clinical examination of nose.
You may need intranasal spray containing steroid during winter months.
Oral combination of antihistamine and anti allergic drugs are also helpful in your case.
Once you are able to breath through nose, your mouth breathing and stomach upset will resolve by its own. Don't worry, you will be alright.
