What Causes Breathing Difficulty?

i get tired easily and get breathing difficulty when exerting effort specially when i'm talking aloud or talking too long. I get dizzy from time to time daily. What is the problem with me? Sorry for my english. Please help me. No money to pay, only prayers. Thank you in advance!

hello and thanky ou for asking HCM,

I understand your concern especially while it is affecting your daily life. You didn't mention your age, but it could be connected with your heart. Sometimes breathing problems, especially if they are connected with effort are caused by heart problems. So my suggestion is to visit your GP or cardiologist to make examination of your heart.
