What Causes Breathing Trouble When Suffering From NSCLC And Emphymsemous Bullae?

i have nsclc. in both lungs 2 spots removed rest are small and so far stable cancers since 1 year of chemo. I am have a 4.3 x 3.1 emphymsemous bullae shown on scan but lately they dont metion that just the lung spots. could the chemo have removed it or are they just checking on the cancer. i have a lot of trouble breathing.

I can understand your concern, the underplaying cause is apparent here, you do have a lungs pathology, that need to be treated well, for the symptomatic relief you can take the bronchodilator and the best option is "Montelucast tab." you can try this, I hope this answer would be helpful to you take care and have nice day,
