What Causes Breathlessness, Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Itching?

i have shortness of breath, abdominal pain (discomfort/pressure), lower back pain, yellowish-brown smelly discharge, vaginal irritation/itching, and occasional dizziness. The vaginal itching and discharge started 10 months ago right after I had my 3rd baby, all the other symptoms just started about a week ago. I m weaning the baby now and just had my fist period 2 weeks ago. Do you know what s wrong?

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The shortness of breath and dizziness could be due to general weakness or anemia and need further evaluation by a physician. Your other symptoms suggest pelvic/vaginal infection. You should have had a proper pelvic examination soon after the delivery and received treatment to get rid of the itching and discharge. I would ask you to see a gynecologist immediately and get a complete appraisal of the situation. You will need urinalysis, blood counts, vaginal and cervical swab and a sonogram of the abdomen and pelvis. Hope this helps.
