Hi welcome to HCM.
You seem to class 3 breathlessness as per NYHA guidelines. The cause of which has be carefully assessed through a baseline ECG and a 2 dimensional echocardiography of your heart. Most commonly the symptoms might resulted from stent restenosis.A complete review of the bypass and stent is need at this junction. In stent drug release systems are new versions to prevent stent narrowing.Consult your cardiologist for advanced therapies.
Thank you.
