Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns.
What is your age? Any history of diabetes or hypertension? Any history of heart problem? What is your HB.? Are u smoker? Any history of asthma or allergy? Any history of medications ?
In my opinion you should be seen by your doctor to rule out any organic causes...Dyspnea may be due to poor stamina but it should be at the bottom in list if your differentials...
Meanwhile stay calm and continue with your routine chores
Regards
Dr saad sultan
