What Causes Breathlessness After Inhaling Cocaine?

I'm almost 18, I weight 128lbs and medical wise I been dealing with a eating disorder for five years or so now. I have been binging on cocaine for awhile. Tonight after using for four days straight I could't breath out of my nose. Once I had gotten all the mucus that was blocking out . I took a deal breathe and realized it sounds like I am gasping for air. I am very terrified of what it may be.

I cannot diagnose, prescribe for, or treat someone who is not present but cI can give general information. Cocaine wears off pretty fast (hours). It is a stimulant that can have effects both locally (on the parts it touches) and overall (stress on the heart). Nose issues are pretty common with cocaine. It can burn a hole thru the center of the nose. Effects on the blood pressure and heart can be very serious AND they occur pretty close to immediately after taking cocaine. The longer (hours later) effects on breathing are not as commonly due to heart attack but more likely due to asthma, or panic disorder brought on by cocaine.
