General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to myalgia. I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day daily.

I also recommend using anti-inflammatory cream for local application. Heat compresses and physical therapy can also be very helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
