Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms could be related to different possible causes: coronary artery disease, a lung disorder, chronic anemia or other metabolic disorders.

For this reason, I would recommend performing some tests:
- a resting ECG and cardiac ultrasound
- a chest X-ray study and pulmonary function tests
- complete blood count
- fasting glucose
- thyroid hormone levels for thyroid hormone levels.

An exercise cardiac stress test may be needed in case of suspicions of coronary artery disease.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka,
Cardiologist
