What Causes Breathlessness And Dizziness While On Amiodarone?

hAVE BEEN ON aMIODRONE FOR 3 YEARS PLUS. eARLY DOSES WERE 200 mg daily then 200 mg bid then 400 mg daily. Now 100 mg daily. Have had symptoms of shortness of breath with or without exertion, dizziness, lightheadedness, very low blood pressure (70 systolic). Loss of balance, episodes of wanting to faint. Deep breathing difficult, painful, feel like resistance. Am male, 67. Have pacemaker for sss. Have had episodes of vtach.
