What Causes Breathlessness And Fatigue In A Teenager?
Hi, I m a teenager and this year I ve been getting very tired very quickly when i climb up stairs or even run. Is this just due to lack of exercise or could it be quite serious? I have over the past years had sudden moments where I can t take deep breaths for 5 seconds or so, so have to hold my breath.

It may be caused by anxiety and lack of exercise,however some lung and heart disorders should be ruled out so he should do ecg ad lung xrays for start. Also, he should avoid smoking and unhealthy food.
